Shipping Hours :

Most orders will ship out within 1 business day of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Delays Due to Outside Circumstances :

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Green Leaf cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs, and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.

Customs, Duties Fees, and Taxes :

Please keep in mind that we do not cover any customs or duties fees and taxes in our shipping fees, as we have no control over them.

Wrong Address : 

If you notice in your shipping confirmation email that you entered an incorrect shipping address, unfortunately, it is too late for us to make a change after order been sent. We can change the address if we have not sent it out your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect product policies :

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. Please email us at info@greenleafoil.com including the order number, a detailed description of the problem, and a picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect items received. The product will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refunded, whichever is preferred. Unfortunately, we can not take any steps without getting pictures from you.

Shipping Provider Options :

Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative (Express). We use Australia Post for all our parcels.
